These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Kids Party Favours through our website, KidsPartyFavours.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Kids Party Favours supplies curated and personalised children's party favours and related products in the United Kingdom.

Kids Party Favours is a trading name of May Wheeler Group Ltd. May Wheeler Group Ltd operates KidsPartyFavours.com and supplies the products sold through this website.
2. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, including:
• names and personalised wording
• quantities
• delivery address
• contact details
• party date, where requested
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. If we are unable to accept or fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.
3. Personalised Products
Many of our party favours are personalised specifically for your celebration.
Please check all names, ages, dates and wording carefully before submitting your order. We will normally reproduce personalisation exactly as supplied by you, including spelling.
If we make an error when personalising your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right.
If the information supplied by you was incorrect and we have reproduced it accurately, we will not normally be able to provide a free replacement or refund.
Because genuinely personalised products are made specifically for you, the usual right to cancel an online purchase because you have changed your mind may not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, not as described or we have made an error.
4. Product Appearance
We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.
As many of our party favours are assembled from individual products and themed collections, colours, patterns, packaging and minor details may occasionally vary from photographs.
Where an individual component becomes unavailable, we will not make a material substitution without considering whether it changes the nature or value of the product ordered. If a significant change is necessary, we will contact you before proceeding.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charge, will be shown before you complete checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
6. Preparation & Delivery
Personalised orders normally require 3–5 working days for preparation before dispatch.
We recommend ordering at least 7–10 days before your party date.
Current delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown on our Delivery Information page and at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. If you have an urgent order, please contact us before ordering.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply where an order has to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
7. Party Dates
We may ask for your party date when you order. This helps us prioritise and prepare orders appropriately, but providing a party date does not by itself guarantee delivery by that date.
If your party is approaching and you are concerned about delivery, please contact us before ordering.
8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product you purchase.
Personalised or genuinely made-to-order products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
Different cancellation rights may apply to non-personalised products purchased online.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits your statutory rights. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at Contact@kidspartyfavours.com.
Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the problem so that we can investigate and resolve it promptly.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Food & Allergens
Some party favours may contain food or confectionery.
Ingredient and allergen information supplied with individual food products should be checked before consumption, particularly where a child has an allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement.
Product ingredients and formulations may be changed by manufacturers. Customers should therefore check the packaging supplied with the product rather than relying solely on photographs or previously published information.
11. Children's Products & Safety
Our party favours may contain toys, craft products or other items intended for children of particular ages.
Please follow all age recommendations, warnings and instructions supplied with individual products. Adult supervision may be required for some products.
Parents and responsible adults should assess whether an individual product is suitable for the child who will use it, taking account of the manufacturer's age grading and safety information.
12. Intellectual Property
The content of KidsPartyFavours.com, including our branding, original photographs, written content and original designs, belongs to Kids Party Favours or is used with permission.
It must not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
13. Our Responsibility
We do not exclude or restrict liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where we have taken reasonable steps to avoid or minimise their effects.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
