Preparation Time
Personalised party favours are usually prepared and dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order being placed.
We recommend placing your order at least 7-10 days before your party date wherever possible.
If your party is sooner than this, please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know whether we're able to accommodate your required date.
UK Delivery Only
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you can choose from the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery - £3.95
Please allow approximately 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery - £5.95
Please allow approximately 1-2 working days after dispatch.
FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £75.
Delivery times are estimates and are in addition to our 3-5 working day preparation time.
Your Party Date
Where requested during checkout, please tell us the date of your party.
This helps us make sure there is sufficient time to prepare and dispatch your order. Providing a party date does not not guarantee delivery by that date, so please ensure you order with plenty of time to spare.
Tracking & Dispatch
Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be provided once you order has been dispatched.
